Throwback Thursday " Drug Store 1910"

I just LOVE this photograph of a drug store near Penn Station around 1910. It looks so much more elegant than our now CVS! In those days, drug stores were much more fancy and some even had soda fountains! I see a Soda sign in this photo, can you find it? This reminds me of watching Mr. Selfridge on PBS which showed how they began and how items were sold in those days. Looks more like a department store than a drug store. How fun must it have been to be in NYC in 1910!
