Fabulous New York City Valentine's Day Gift Guide

Valentine's Day for me is not really a big deal. I used to get my Mom a card and some type of little gift, she always enjoyed a surprise. I know many of you are looking for gifts for loved ones, and thought I would highlight some fabulous choices in NYC. There are so many great shops with items made in NYC and USA that you have some neat choices. I hope something will work for you to surprise that special someone in your lif. The above chocolate hearts were in a Godiva window and I just fell in love with them! Too cute to eat!
After finally ordering from The Bagel Store online, I would HIGHLY suggest their Valentine bagels which are a gorgeous color with red velvet flavor. You will make someone very happy to receive this gift!
Three Tarts is a fabulous shop for all types of sweets. I think their petit fours are adorable, almost too cute to eat, but I enjoy them anyway!

For a non-food item, Sabon NYC is a great shop which also ships online as well. They have fabulous bath and body products, for men and women. I have shopped at their Lexington Ave store, as well as in the Shops at Bryant Park. The set below is adorable and I am a BIG fan of their Silky Body Milk.

The gorgeous linzer cake above and chocolate assortment below are from our friends at LA Burdick Chocolates. They have wonderful selections on their website and are shipping for Valentine's Day from February 2 to February 17th. The chocolate mice are too darn adorable for a gift!

Zaro's Bakery has lovely Valentine cakes for the holiday and I love their location in Grand Central as very easy to pop in and pick up something.

Junior's heart shaped cheesecakes are so lovely and the mini's are great too if you just want a bit of something sweet!
Any type of chocolate from La Maison du Chocolate will make a person smile from ear to ear!
I found these fabulous espresso cups at the shop at MOMA and I must say, a really cool shop for unique items for men, women and children. I really love all the gift shops located in the varous museums in the city, as they always have very original items. They are all pretty much online with shipping available, so even if you can't get there in person, you can still pick up something.

I hope this little guide gave you some ideas. I don't think you can go wrong with any of these places, and I shop at all of them personally, and can say, I am never disappointed! Happy Valentine's Day shopping!!
