List of Must See 2014 Museum Exhibits in New York City

The Metropolitan Museum of Art

Museums are one of the most fabulous choices to visit when you travel to New York City. You will find some of the best museums in the world in this top-notch city. This post is always one of my most popular each year, because there are so many museum choices for the traveler.  This is by no means a complete list, but a list of the exhibits I feel you should not miss in 2014. The list will be updated throughout the year, as some of the museums do not list all their exhibits immediately. Please feel free to email me if you have any questions about viewing any of these places, I will try to answer or find the answer for you. I would also advise you to check the museum’s website for dates they may offer free admission or reduced admission.

This listing is not all the exhibits at each museum, some have too many to list, such as the Metropolitan Museum of Art, but these are the exhibits I feel should not be missed. If you click on the museum name, it will take you directly to their website.

Wow, Rosemary! What a service you provide to your readers. I only wish I could get to NYC this year. Whenever that day comes, I know who to turn to for information.

I wouldn't know where to start on your list -- perhaps the Fashion Inst. or the Moving Image one. Nice!!

Great job!
