one of the wonderful cakes at the Choco Bolo booth at the 2011 Chocolate Show New York. My only issue was they did not have samples. What a gorgeous piece of chocolate art !!! They have locations in Soho, Upper East Side, Upper West Side and Dumbo.

this shot came out so real I could put my hand thru the computer! but they really should have had samples at the show. somehow I feel I will end up in one of their cafes for a taste!!
