2020 Philadelphia Flower Show

Hello everyone! It's been a while since I posted, I do apologize. I hope that you are all doing okay in dealing with this horrible pandemic that is attacking our world. I have been working from home with my full time job since March 16th and it's scheduled to be until the end of April. I am very grateful for my companies very swift action, and caring for the well being of it's employees as well as it's customers. I am horrified by the numbers I see coming from New York City. I know in my heart that the city will be back stronger than before, and we need to be ready to support the businesses when we are allowed. It seems we have taken so many of the little things for granted, eating in restaurants - traveling - meeting up with friends - shopping at Target - I feel when we get back to normal, that will not be the case. It's the little things that mean so much. My Mom had me at an older age, and she actually had a sister pass away in the 1918 Spanish Flu. Her name was May and she was 4 years old. I feel for all the folks who have lost loved ones during this time, as I know it is not easy. I do know as a country the USA will come back stronger than before and I hope that for all other countries fighting this evil virus.

One of the last things I did before travel was no longer allowed was visit the 2020 Philadelphia Flower Show titled Riviera Holiday. It wasn't one of their best shows, but I enjoyed the day with a lovely friend and explored Philadelphia a bit. I will showcase for you some of the show this week, I feel we need distractions now more than ever, being home 24/7(please be sure you are listening to government guidelines) and the best of what I saw will be showcased. I hope you enjoy!!

Loved the colors here, I am such a color person!

Loved this display along with the typewriter! We actually have a person in my office who uses one still, it's a hoot hearing it when she starts typing!

This was one of my friend and I 's favorite displays

I hope you enjoyed some of these wonderful photos of the flower displays. A bit more to show you, which I think you will really appreciate.

Everyone please stay safe, healthy and know that we will get through this time stronger than before.
