A Vietnam veteran enjoys a New Year's Eve date at the New Yorker hotel in 1966. For some reason, New Year's Eve was never one of my favorite holidays. I am always in bed early, my Mom would be the one staying up till midnight and coming to say Happy New Year to me. I just love these vintage photos of the celebrations, I love all the streamers in the photo! They look like they are having a great time to welcome in 1967.
