Caffe Storico Review

We are back at the New York Historical Society today. One of the places that is really great to visit here, and why I will be back, is Caffe Storico. It is a very charming place, with amazing Italian menu. You can visit the restaurant without paying admission to the museum.

The decor is just lovely, and oh so relaxing for a brunch with great friends.
Poached eggs with a mushroom ragu over polenta was my choice and it was amazing! We also had to have some mimosas as well.

My lovely friend had the lobster mac and cheese, with pecorino sardo cheese. It looked pretty awesome, as well as smelled heavenly.
I am not great at poaching eggs at home, so I like to order when I am out. This was a really excellent and flavorful dish. I had a smile on my face!
Pane di Banana
banana bread, walnut & parliament espresso mascarpone
This was shared, and we were both smiling after enjoying it!

If you are looking for a lovely place to dine on the Upper West Side, especially for Sunday brunch, this would be a stellar choice. I cannot wait to go back and try something else on the menu!
