It is pumpkin season again! This great shot taken at a floral shop on the Upper East Side was just so colorful to me.....I am a huge fan of pumpkin and baking with it but seems we will be paying more for it this year due to damaged crops with the bad weather. I still will have to make some pumpkin cookies with dark chocolate chips as they are just so yummy! I also love pumpkin roll but haven't tried to make it myself yet. What is your favorite pumpkin dessert?

Wish I was there! I bet the fall is absolutely beautiful in NYC. My favorite pumpkin dessert? I made some mini pumpkin cakes a couple of Halloweens ago that turned out simply scrumptious :) I also really enjoy pumpkin pie - it's my favorite pie flavor. Love the jack-o-lantern face in the photo, by the way ;)

I love this picture! I wish fall would hurry up and arrive here, we are having a very odd, late heatwave. I find myself wearing open toe shoes and walking through fallen leaves in serious heat, it's just not normal. X
Oh thinking pumpkin bread again...sounds so yummy! I like pumpkin roll as well but buy it mostly...fall is a great season!!
