Chinatown in Philadelphia Pennsylvania

The Philadelphia Convention Center is very near Chinatown in Philadelphia and we were lucky to walk thru a bit for me to shoot some photos for you
Chinese writing on a building
these dragons were really amazing
loved these tea cups in a store window.......
these colors were very springy looking....so sweet....
a great building with so much character
loved the work on this window against the brick
my aunt is a huge foo dog lover so I had to take these photos....
Chinese guardian lions.....they look pretty fierce .......
these buildings were very art deco looking and I just thought they were a great view!!

What a neat place. Will definitely have to visit if I ever make it to Philly.

It is neat, and a nice change for a day but NYC is still my favorite!!

Did you know that they are actually a lion and a lioness? A Chinese friend explained it to me that you can recognize the lion easily because he always plays with a ball while lioness looks after a baby..Ladies, no comments, I guess...
Have just discovered your blog and love it as much as I love NYC!
