Peanut Butter & Company at the 2010 Chocolate Show

I have to say that Peanut Butter and anything is probably one of my favorite all time flavors. In attending the 2010 Chocolate Show in November, I have to say the demonstrations are worth admission alone...especially if you like to bake. Peanut Butter & Company is a great concept in the village on Sullivan Street....opened in 1998 it shows the love we have for Peanut Butter! I was thrilled to hear they were doing a demonstration the day we were at the show........hold on.....hope you are not hungry......if so, sorry .............
Serena Palumbo and founder/owner Lee Zalben
Those lunch boxes were give aways to 3 lucky people!

Lee and his assistant were making Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Crepe Cake with Peanut Butter Chocolate Ganache .....

crepes are kind of tricky to make...my mom does them very well but she's a skilled baker.....
The filling between the crepes was made of heavy cream, sugar, Peanut Butter & Co. Chocolate Dreams peanut butter and vanilla. The ganache was made with regular peanut butter, heavy cream and chocolate pieces...you need 20-25 crepes for this cake ....
finished product !! we had the chance to sample it when they were done...just amazing!!
be sure to check out this place when in the city ....kids of all ages will enjoy ......
