When they contacted me to be able to purchase and item for a review, I was excited. Coming from a full italian family, cooking and baking is a big thing in our house. I am more into baking than cooking but I am beginning to cook more for my mom and myself. My mom and I decided on the Calphalon Contemporary Non-Stick Grill Pan.......
it was packaged in a large box to prevent any type of damage
the pan itself is gorgeous....very heavy duty...wonderful handle and really large size
came with handy instructions for care and recipe for salmon - Calphalon is a company that has been in business since 1963 and has quality written all over it -
we lightly brushed with canola oil but probably didn't need any at all ....
Brown Sugar BBQ Chicken Breasts from our favorite store, Wegmans, got to test the grill pan first. They are grilling everything if you read any of the cooking magazines....fruit, vegetables, polenta, a grill pan is a must have!!
they were starting to cook really fast...the pan really works very, very well
grill marks were awesome and very even browning took place...sometimes you don't want to fire up the grill outside and an indoor one makes grilling so easy and quick
the finished product was delicious!! We cooked it at a low temp and the clean up of the pan was really simple and fast. Just some hot water and Dawn did the trick!
I would highly suggest this pan to anyone looking to add a grill to their kitchen. I feel it is a must-have pan as you can cook anything in it at all. The size of this one can easily fit 4 chicken breasts or hamburgers all at the same time.

Thanks for stopping by my blog and giving me the chance to find yours. That pan looks like it really works well. If I didn't already have a grill pan, I'd buy it.
