Bank of America Winter Village at Bryant Park Opening 2015

I cannot believe the Bank of America Winter Village at Bryant Park is about ready to open! This has to be one of my favorite places during the holiday season in NYC and if you have never visited, be sure to add it to your list. Here are some lovely scenes to get you in the mood for this wonderful upcoming season: 

Homemade soaps make such great gifts for the holidays! 

Our friends at Lucid New York jewelry is always a great stop to make here, their famous snowflake jewelry is always a sure hit with everyone! 

The Chimney Cake is to die for 

That is nutella inside and it looks so good. You can order them sweet or savory, I can't imagine either one would taste badly! 

The perfect drink this time of year is hot chocolate and the No Chewing Allowed booth is a good choice. 

Their truffles also make great gifts for the holidays as well. Melt right in your mouth, no chewing allowed!

Bank of America 2014 Winter Village at Bryant Park

One of my most FAVE places during the holiday season, is the Bank of America Winter Village at Bryant Park. You have fabulous shops, food and ice skating priced better for the wallet. It is really such a lovely place, right in the heart of the city. Please do consider stopping by if you have never been as it's a must see! 

The Holiday Shops

October 21, 2014 – January 4, 2015

The Holiday Shops include more than 125 boutique-like shops offering exquisite gift ideas from distinctive apparel to jewelry, decorative goods, local foods, and much more. There's something for everyone – adults, kids, and even pets.

The Holiday Shops are laid out along the park's allees and terraces, & housed in Bryant Park's own custom-designed kiosks.

Ice Skating at Citi Pond at Bryant Park 2012

Okay so we all know that real famous skating rink with the "extra large" tree. But this one is really just as fabulous, a winter oasis right in New York City. Citi Pond at Bryant Park is a really fun spot for families during the holidays. 

I myself do not skate, as sports were never my strong point, but it is fun to watch others have a go at it. This is a bit more affordable than skating at Rockefeller Center, which is $25 admission fee PLUS $10 for skates rental during the holidays. 

The cool restaurant Celsius is located here as well and you can dine outside if the weather is not too chilly for a real holiday feeling.

Oh, and I forgot to add, that they play holiday music too, which really just makes you want to start singing! It is really quite a magical place in this city that I just adore more with each visit! 

After your ice skating gig, you can head over to the Holiday Shops at Bryant Park, to the No Chewing Allowed Truffles, and get some hot chocolate, a box of truffles and be in a chocolate-state-of-consionousness!!
