This was the finale and a tribute to the broadway show Follies. The design was by Steve Evetts (NY Marriott Marquis) and Gregg Barnes (Tony Award Winning Costume Designer) and it brought everyone to their feet. This was amazing. Just amazing. Please enjoy the photos below along with the designers in the last few shots.

2011 Chocolate Fashion Show Tribute to The Lion King

Deborah Pellegrino of Harrah's Resort Atlantic City along with designer John Stanton created this piece inspired by The Lion King.

This dress we knew right away what inspired it and it really was quite sweet. Love her eyelashes, and the chocolate decoration is really gorgeous. I think this also looks pretty comfortable for a chocolate creation, don't you think?

We are close to the end of the Chocolate Fashion Show but a few more to go! Hope you are all enjoying these amazing works of art....I think at the end we will do a vote for everyone's favorite! I am really torn as there are so many I really liked. This dress is WICKED "chocolate" by Melissa Camacho (Pastry Chef at ilili & contestant on Bravo's Top Chef: Just Desserts) and Elisa Jimenez (Contestant on Lifetime's Project Runway). I really love the wand. Big Time.

2011 Chocolate Fashion Show Tribute to The Adams Family !!

Back at the 2011 Chocolate Fashion Show, this piece was inspired by the Addams Family, and was created by Lauri Ditunno (Cake Alchemy) and designers Jeffrey Moore and Malcolm Harris. The detail in these fashions just amazed me seeing them in person. Did you ever think this could be done with chocolate?

The couple who founded the Chocolate Show. Sylvie Douce and Francois Jeantet were a real treat. When George Duran asked them what their favorite chocolate was, it got interesting.
