The Morgan Library and Museum is one of my favorite places in the city. As much as I love the Met, this smaller, more intimate museum is a gem. I had visited in 2019 to enjoy an updated version of their Afternoon Tea. The dining areas at the Morgan are currently closed, but I would keep updated on their website as to when they are going to re-open. The tea is a wonderful experience and very affordable as well.
Desserts such as brownies and French macarons were delightful
I love a good scone but not thrilled these had raisins, not one of my favorites but they were very rich and buttery
Some of the delightful sandwiches that comes with your tea
Some of the gorgeous items you will find in this amazing museum. This binding just blew me away with it's beauty.
One of my favorite spots in the museum to "look up"
So much wonderful history here to enjoy
