It is amazing to me to think Halloween is here already! This year has really flown by. I am not a HUGE fan of the holiday, but I always love how New York City goes all out for the occasion. The most famous parade takes place in Greenwich Village, for the 41st time.
There is also a fun doggie parade each year in Tompkins Squaare Park. This photo above was the winner in 2013 featuring Lobster and Chef Dogs!
There are also many goodies to celebrate your day such as these amazing cakes from Black Hound New York which is located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
The Upper East Side goes all out for the holiday. I love the little guy in the bathtub!
If money were no object, I would love this vampire cake from Dean and Deluca! Would be fun for a Halloween party big time !
Trees are even decorated for the season!
Love this door, the decorations and those candlelights as well on the side. Just perfect.
He looks so great against the red door!
A really spooky entrance !
Vintage shops in the city are great for finding costumes that are fun and unique. This kind of reminded me of Judy Jetson!
Cinnamon Scones from Donna Bell's Bakeshop are always a great way to start the Halloween day!
The table setting for Alexander McQueen at the 2012 Architectural Digest Home Design Show
I hope you have a fun day! I will just enjoy eating something pumpkin and be glad it is Friday!
