The New ALT Bar by LÄRABAR®

I like to try different health bars as always looking for something tasty and good for me. I really found most of them to be cardboard tasting, and I so wanted to like them. Then I came across LÄRABAR®  and I was thrilled. They are very good for you, all natural ingredients and actually taste good. I like to bring one with me when I travel to the city for the day, they make a light breakfast or lunch on the go, a healthy alternative. I was thrilled to be part of their blogger program, since I have been using the bars since they first became available. I just received some samples of their new bar ALT and had to share the information with you.

Disclosure of Material Connection: I received one or more of the products or services mentioned above for free in the hope that I would mention it on my blog. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

ALT®, the Alternative Protein Bar™, is the first-ever bar with added protein from LÄRABAR! Many bar brands use soy or whey protein, but ALT uses an alternative protein source: peas. Vegan, gluten free, dairy free, and non-GMO, ALT also uses a wrapper that is 31% renewable.

The flavors are Peanut Butter Cookie, Lemon Pound Cake, Cinnamon Apple Crisp and Pumpkin Pie. Doesn't that just sound yummy?? A great new protein source for you and pleasant to the palate. I think that is so important as what good is a health bar if it doesn't taste good? I hope you will try them if you see them in your local health food or grocery store.

The original LÄRABAR®  :
LÄRABAR® is a delicious blend of unsweetened fruits, nuts and spices. Made from whole food, each flavor contains no more than nine ingredients. Pure and simple, just as nature intended.

The original LÄRABAR® now comes in 19 flavors, my faves are Peanut Butter Cookie, Carrot Cake and Chocolate Chip Brownie.

Have you tried any of the LÄRABAR® family? If so, what is your favorite flavor ?
