We are roughly less than 2 months away from the 2011 Chocolate Show in New York City! Maison Boissier is one of the great chocolate shops from Paris that attended last year and will be there this year as well. You can check out the list of exhibitors HERE.
This chocolate shop from Paris began in 1827 and really had the most beautiful packaging
These were homemade marshmallows! Can you imagine these on top of your hot chocolate?
Here are some chocolate petals......what a great gift this would be to take home to family and friends from the show........
There are exhibitors from Brooklyn, New York to Washington, DC to Paris, France to London, England which I think is really quite fantastic! To be able to sample and purchase from all these great confectioners at one time is just amazing, for a chocolate lover like myself.
I highly suggest purchasing tickets in advance, as you save a bit on the entrance fee and on the Saturday and Sunday dates it gets very busy and may even sell out. I would not take the chance on the weekend to go without a ticket.

Yum, yum, yum! You have got to try the home-made marshmallows :) they are unreal! (and very different from the normal, store-bought kind I might add)
Oh, how I love chocolate so... And those marshmallows look heavenly ;)
I would be in heaven at that show.
Boston is not that far from NYC, I think I could actually attend!
Oh yes Elaine would be a nice weekend to NYC for sure! The show itself has special rates for a few hotels if interested.....it is a great show for those who love chocolate plus the baking demos are awesome!!
