I had the great opportunity to attend the Coffee and Tea Festival in NYC the end of February.....
my first time and just loved this upside down tree in the lobby!! so great for a small NYC apartment!
since I am a coffee and tea lover, this was really quite a fun event!
the latte art is just amazing!!
one of the first tables that caught our eye was Bitesize Pies and we met the owner, Mersia Kasmi, originally from Australia now living in Staten Island, NY.
these are like your grandma's homemade pies but in mini form....I really think the mini desserts are going to take off this year...look how popular Baked by Melissa's mini cuppies are!
these are Lemon Meringue and well, they tasted amazing!!
Coffee Caramel (how appropriate for this show) short bread crust filled with sweet coffee caramel pudding, piped with a soft sweet coffee buttercream, topped with chocolate coated espresso bean and swirl of caramel
these were the apple flavored ......so yummy!!
They can customize your order with any of their flavors or make one just for you. These would be great for holiday gatherings, office parties, kids parties and just any occasion!! They currently deliver to the 5 boroughs in NYC and Long Island. I also just read on their blog they sent some of their little guys to the Food Network Magazine and they called for more orders! Food Network is so huge and can really make a company so best of luck to Bitesize Pies.
