This is going to be one heck of a weekend in New York City! The Big Chocolate Show opens Friday October 6th to Sunday October 8th. For all those chocolate lovers like myself, this is really a most fabulous event. Meet chocolatiers, artisans, chefs and experts from around the world. Attend live demonstrations on our main stage, book signings with writers and pastry chefs, and take part in a variety of our ticketed master tasting classes.
