Thinking back to the great pizza I had while on the Slice of Brooklyn Pizza tour I still smile. The pizza at Grimaldi's in Brooklyn was just amazing. It was so simple, but you know in Italian cooking, simple but great ingredients makes yummy food! If you have never had brick oven pizza, you must try it! They have a location in Chelsea in Manhattan which gives you a better chance to try it. You will fall in love, I promise!! If you take the Slice of Brooklyn Pizza tour, you can go to the original in Brooklyn, and by-pass the lines, which is oh so cool!! Hope your Thursday is a fantastic one!!
