Photo Gallery Tuesday " Pizza Making at Grimaldi's"

Pizza making in Brooklyn is still quite an art. Grimaldi's is one of the most famous, and probably best you can try due to their coal-fired oven. They actually use coal from Pennsylvania called anthracite which is found in the area I live of Northeast Pa. As you can see, he has simple ingredients here, Fresh Basil, Mozzarella and Tomatoes. The best pizza is the most simple. They usually have lines galore, but if you take the Slice of Brooklyn Pizza tour, you get to go right through!

Has anyone had Grimaldi's pizza? What are your thoughts?

I love simple authentic Italian pizza with no more than two ingredients on top. I know I'd love this place Rosemary.
