City Lobster and Steak Review

the last time I was in the city in February, they were skating at Rock Center.....I will be glad when it is too warm to do this!! Skating will continue until April 24, 2011, in case you wish to get some in before Spring arrives!!
I took advantage of Winter Restaurant Week for the first time at my one of my favorites, City Lobster and Steak  ...the location is always perfect as it is very near where my bus picks up at 7pm
for $35.00 you had appetizer, main course and dessert...not a bad deal......these were mushroom ravioli and were quite tasty
I love crab cakes and theirs are amazing...all crab, no filler, just so good!! They also make lobster mashed potatoes, if that is something that excites you!!
Profiteroles was the perfect way to end my day!! They are light cream puffs filled with chocolate ice cream and some chocolate sauce......
this was my evening view as I walked towards my bus.....just really lovely!

I couldn't let profiteroles go past without comment - especially with chocky sauce! Mmmmm.

The ravioli looks divine. I also love the pics from the Garden Tea. Really a beautiful event.

I've always walked by and wondered..
The crab cakes look superb!
Italian desserts, well the ones I saw in Italy were not so pretty as the French...I think it's about the visuals rather than the taste so much..
Don't take it personally dear Ms. Canoli pls.
