A Harry Potter Tea !!!

Yes, you read that correctly... A Harry Potter Tea .....my mom is a total Harry Potter lover and our lovely local tea shop Sugar's Tea Room hosts a tea near the movie release date. So we were on a waiting list and I got the call they had a cancellation. I was thrilled. Mom was in like flynn, as they say! She was excited and this is a fun treat for us to do together. 

Sugar's is an adorable place and decorated amazing for the fall season 

their sign is very vintage looking

the door to enter the room is quite festive, to say the least 

they have a great selection of tea pots and cups for purchase 

my mom loved the floating candles!! really neat effect !! 

this room was very interesting, quite dark but we will get some light shortly

owl's everywhere....that book looks pretty old !!

students from Hogwarts walked around the whole tea 

the whole tea house was really transformed in a wonderful way 

vintage chest with lots of old stuff on top!! and of course, an owl !!
