The Tudor's Table Setting Exhibit at Macy's NYC

On Saturday I finally made it back to the city after a few months away. Felt really good to see that skyline again, it never gets old and always brings a smile to my face. The day was to be gorgeous and after the chill in the morning, my teeth were chattering, it got very nice. I was just thrilled to be there to take some new photos and show those following the blog different areas of the city. I really love photography for the reason you can capture a moment in time and have it forever.

So I went to Macy's for their flower show. They also had an exhibit for The Tudors which last season premiere is tonight in the US. I just love this show. It is a great way to learn history and enjoy it at the same time. For the fashion people out there, the costumes are gorgeous. It is amazing how they can recreate that time period. Macy's also had a sweepstakes as well:

I did enter but probably not going to win...would be great to get a trip to London !!

they had a really nice large display with lots of large photos

The concluding season of the SHOWTIME® Original Series THE TUDORS brings us through the final years of one of the greatest figures of English history, King Henry 8. Although he has been in power for many years and should by now be comfortable with his status and position, Henry's life and times remain as turbulent, controversial and dramatic as they were when he was the young King.
