a recent trip to the city saw Saks showing off their cosmetics....MAC is one of my faves...very good price wise and quality wonderful plus they recycle, you knew that already, right?
ahhh..Tom Ford...lipsticks.........
the girls at this counter in Saks are so wonderful and helpful....he will be doing a whole line in the near future..they can't keep these in stock...
I decided to treat myself since I wasn't buying much that day....color is Warm Sable and it is gorgeous...just a really classy, natural color as well as great vanilla scent.....
QVC sells some really great beauty products and one line is Lipstick Queen....these are great, very natural looking colors and I had wanted to try for a while....this set from QVC comes in 3 colors...left to right is Medieval, Saint Pink and Sigh or Butterfly Ball.
Henri Bendel carries them on 5th Avenue but QVC gives you a nice deal. Don't forget to check out their beauty products as you can get some great specials.
So back to the lipstick count.....I am at 30 ...I am not sure if that is good or bad but I do like a nice selection. What's your count? Have you beaten my number? Lipsticks are a great little pick me up if you don't want to spend a lot of money on something new to make you feel good. As long as you don't pick up Tom Ford's line, you are in good shape but once in a while...it is nice to splurge!!!

30?!?! Holy crap! I only have a few; I usually stick with the same lipstick for years. Right now it's Dior Rouge and Chanel Aqualumiere.
Years?? really...gosh I like lots of different colors to choose from...plus MAC recycles so I save the empty tubes and when you bring in 12 you get a free lipstick. Wait till you see the Tom Ford lipsticks..you will want one!!
