Bryant Park Part 1

My trips to the city are usually monthly and with winter it can be hard to choose what day to go. My trip in April turned out to be one gorgeous day, I was very lucky. April in the Northeast can be tricky...snowy, rainy, nicey...I got nicey!!
The park has been around since as early as 1686 and the history behind it is very interesting. I will list the park's website at the end where you can read about it's history. It was really such a relaxing place in a city that is known for it's fast pace.

here is your map of the park...pretty big actually and right next to the NY Public Library

history of the park for your reading pleasure

did I say how nice of a day it was? here was the blue sky

a game of bocce ball taking place in the park
