The first giveaway for NYC, Style and a little Cannoli is here! We have a great chocolate shop here called Sugar Plum which has been operating for 15 years by Frann Edley. This is one of her many popular items and was featured on Rachael Ray's show as a "Snack of the Day" so you know it's good!! Here is the breakdown on the candy from Sugar Plum's website:

As she pulled out her Belgian chocolate morsels the taxi made a sudden jerk and the morsels flew into the the bag of caramel corn. The piping hot popcorn melted the Belgian chocolate.
