I have become a big fan of gelato. If you have never tried it, it is becoming easier to locate at your local supermarket. This selection from Screme Gelato Bar is mouth-watering! Their gelato is made with all natural ingredients and is low fat! You can find Screme in the Upper West Side on 94th street and it is worth the trek! Gelato is so creamy, and you really taste the flavors with each bite.

Screme Gelato Bar @ the 2011 Chocolate Show New York

Screme Gelato Bar was one of the big highlights of the 2011 Chocolate Show New York. Gelato is a most wonderful creation and if you have never tried it, you must. It is the most creamy, delish treat ever! It can be made more healthy than ice cream because it has a greater proportion of whole milk to cream, making it contain less fat percentage. Because there is not as much fat in gelato, it allows the flavors to be more intense. Found all around Italy, it is finally coming to be more in the USA, thank god. We tried quite of few of the flavors below and plan to stop by their actual shop when in the city very soon.
