Holiday Chocolate at Michel Cluizel Chocolat

One of my favorite chocolate shops is Michel Cluizel on Madison Avenue for wonderful holiday chocolates for gifts or yourself. They have the most amazing chocolates and gift ideas for those who find chocolate an obsession! I popped in during the holidays to enjoy their hot chocolate, and I must say, it hit the spot. This location on Madison Avenue tends to not be full of tourists which I love and has small tables to sit and enjoy your chocolate fix. You can find coffee here as well as other fantastic desserts and it is just a small walk from my favorite Morgan Library and Museum. If you have not visited here yet, please add to your "to do" list. It will not disappoint.

These bars were almost to pretty to eat. What a lovely hostess gift or to add to a card for a friend for a small but tasty treat!

Michel Cluizel Personalized Chocolate Gift

One of my favorite chocolatiers, Michel Cluizel, has a unique holiday gift this year. ChocoVoice comes with a jingle and personal message! This is a really fun gift for your friends and family, especially those that are afar.  

How adorable is this display? Even more important, is the taste of wonderful French chocolate. So darn amazing! The box with the chocolate display is $75, and if you want to add your personal message it is $5. All you have to do is send your recorded message to chocovoice@cluizel.us and it should not last more than 20sec. The box will be available to order on our website on November 1st and it is also available in all truffles.

A Visit to Michel Cluizel 2016

A wonderful stop for me when I am on Madison Avenue is Michel Cluizel Cafe. 

It is just a small, cozy place with lots of chocolate creations!  

When you order an iced coffee, they give you a mini chocolate to enjoy!  

The desserts in the cafe are pretty darn good as well!  

These little ones were just too cute to eat, but I probably would anyway.  

I love almond anything!  

A must stop when in the area, to rest those tired feet from walking all around this glorious city all day! Please let me know how you liked it if you do stop by.

Michel Cluizel Madison Avenue New York City

I had the chance to visit one of my favorite chocolate shops when in the city in December, Michel Cluizel. They just recently moved from 5th Avenue to Madison Ave and East 35th Street. I really like the new area, near the Morgan Library, Empire State Building and Macys! They are not only a chocolate shop, but a cafe as well, which makes everyone just so darn happy! Michel Cluizel has been making chocolate since 1948, and it is quite the most amazing! Let's take a peek into the new cafe:  

I was very happy to see they were right next to a Shoe Repair Shop! Two things that make me quite the happy person!  

I really loved the tile floors!  

Wonderful holiday gifts during any season but these Christmas bars were too adorable to eat!  

This is a Macaronlat where chocolate meets macaron. Why didn't someone think of this sooner?? 

Praliné filled celebration lollipops 

The seating area was very nice, open and modern. They will be serving pastries like below and drinks to go with them, just as they did in their prior location.  

The ultimate spread, for your toast, ice cream or just eaten by the spoonful !  

A typically French little basket which enhances the traditional Michel Cluizel “baguette” made out with 39% milk chocolate. 

This is a great place to stop and relax from all the activities in this area! I highly suggest you add this to your "to do" list in New York City !
