Amy's Bread in Chelsea Market

We are back in Chelsea Market because quite frankly, there is alot to see there! I just couldn't fit everything in one or two posts. Amy's Bread is a wonderful bakery/bread store. They have a few locations in the city...one being in Chelsea Market and it is a must visit:

it is usually pretty busy and there are not a whole lot of seats inside

wonderful cakes and cookies await you.....

what I really love is you can watch the bread making from the open windows

lots and lots of breads are made daily

as much as I love to bake, bread isn't something I have tried

seems like quite a long process

and this place is serious about bread making

their location in the village on bleecker street....do stop by for a bite in Amy's Bread
