Pasticceria Rocco is one of the true places you need to break your diet. Located on the famous Bleecker Street, in the amazing West Village, your eyes will be smiling a happy tune! This window display is mind blowing, if you ask me. They also have panini's for lunch or a light dinner (great to share) and then have a little dessert.

Baba Rum is a cake soaked in rum with either cannoli or cream filling. It makes life better.
These cakes are insane.
I myself am not a fan of these, but love to photograph them for their beauty and color.
I do not think you can have a bad item here. It is not possible.
What cute cookies for spring!!
Wouldn't it be cool to try one of everything??
My pies at home always look like this, how about you ?
This is done now and I do not know about you, but I am in need of chocolate.

Was just there last week-end. The cheese cake was to die for. The pignoli cookies were like no other I have ever had. Will be back sooner than later. Oh and don't be afraid of the lines. They go real fast.
Looks like my kind of place but I just wouldn't know where to start - probably with the meringue pie but then the fruit tarts and chocolate cakes look amazing too! I can imagine being very greedy!

Wow....I am on a mission to find a bakery or pastry shop in NYC that sells the Italian version of a croissant called "coronetti". I found them here on SI but filled with Nutella, and sorry, I am not a fan of it! I know (gasp). lol xo
