Rogue Confections @ 2010 NY Chocolate Show

I saw many new chocolate companies at the 2010 Chocolate Show but Rogue Confections made in NYC really just caught my eye. Founder Sherri Adler, who was a set designer for NBC's Late Night with Conan O'Brien, started this company in the summer of 2009. 

the set up was gorgeous...very vintage looking

first saw these gorgeous chocolate disks  which I was told are semisweet, milk and white chocolate 

so many great choices...how would one decide?

cupcakes!! you can purchase the Sweet Papers which are made completely of edible ingredients and can be used on round cakes, sheet cakes, cookies or cupcakes 

I like the idea they can custom the Sweet Papers as well 

your hostess would be thrilled with this gift for the holidays!!
