MarieBelle Soho

MarieBelle is probably one of the "must stops" when in NYC. There are a few locations but the one in Soho is my favorite. The chocolate shop has been in the city since 2000 and is carried in high end retailers such as Neiman Marcus. The Soho location has a wonderful Cacao Bar and Tea Salon. I hope you are not viewing this on an empty stomach. If so, I do apologize.......
there is the MarieBelle sign...we are walking in the right direction
their windows are always adorable
so many choices inside
this is the Cacao Bar
love the chairs...all different...
the jars to your right house their awesome cocoa...you pick what you would like and they scoop it from them
their cocoa is one of the best EVER
back to the cacao bar/tea salon...look at those meringue filled cookies!!
almonds and chocolate are the perfect marriage
did I say it was hard to decide ??
even a cafe latte is quite wonderful

this photo of the chocolates is from their website..they are works of art
this is a great gift idea to bring back to friends and family

I have been to Max Brenner and that is very good! I think I did a post on the shop/restaurant in Union Square. MarieBelle is more of a french feel, cafe, intimate...very fun. The chocolates are amazing. Max Brenner's is very good as well but different.

No need to buy a NY guide ;-)
