I hope that everyone who celebrates the Fourth of July this weekend has a very wonderful, and safe time. I am personally not one for eating outdoors, but I probably will be watching for the zillionth time, Independence Day, which always seems to be on some channel. This year marks the 239th birthday for the USA. She's still pretty young by many European standards! Enjoy !!
