Michel Cluizel on 5th Avenue is a wonderful place for the chocolate lover. I have been in here a few times, and each time it brings a smile to my face. This is a great shop to stop and bring items home to family and friends, very unique items you will not find everywhere. I love the artwork that goes into the candies, almost too pretty to eat. There are maybe 2 or 3 small tables that you can have a drink and a dessert to take a rest from walking around the city all day. Let's take a peek, shall we:
I said they were too pretty to eat!
A pastry and a coffee would be a nice retreat in here
I love these monster truffles! You do not see this size very often.
I love the design on these! They really are edible artwork, don't you think?
And of course, being French, they have our favorite French Macarons! It smells so good when you walk in as well, that wonderful chocolate smell! You can really do your own chocolate tour when in NYC, so many to choose from! Here is my top list of chocolate shops which makes for a fabulous tour!!
