Photo Gallery Tuesday "Waterworks in the Flatiron"

This photo is the window of the Waterworks studio in the flatiron district. They seemed to have the most amazing items, I love that old fashioned tub! Turns out, one of my fave shows, Million Dollar Listing New York, showed one of the top brokers shopping here for new apartments in Soho. In selling new apartments, the real estate broker used this spectacular shop to finish the spaces in a very elite way, allowing the contractor to obtain top dollar for his work. Here is the link to the video if you wish to take a peek. They did have one apartment sell for a total of over 4 million dollars! Impressive!!
