February seems to be the month of chocolate. Problem is, for me, every month is the month for chocolate! With Valentine's Day this month, everyone seems to be looking for that perfect gift for their specific other. There are so many great chocolate companies out there, and they have such creative minds with combinations you would not have imagined 10 years ago. I am always ready to try something new because you never know what to expect.
