Happy Labor Day to all my US readers! I cannot believe summer is gone, went by in the blink of an eye! I guess before we know it, Christmas will be here. This photo was taken near Union Square and I just loved the look of the great firehouse with the US flag flying above it. Labor Day became a federal holiday in 1894 and we celebrate the contributions and achievements of the American worker today. Hope you have a wonderful day and are spending it with family and friends.
