The Shoe Woo's Rainy Window

The Shoe Woo store across from Bloomingdales always has some of the best windows in the city. In early September, these adorable rainy windows were what I found. 
this umbrella filled with flowers is just so, so lovely....I would love to find out who designs their windows  
Be sure to make a stop here when shopping near Bloomingdales as the shoes inside are just as fun as the windows on the outside!! I myself am hoping for a week without any rain, is that too much to ask??
