Okay I really hate to do this to you but this blog has the title of cannoli in it so I must. This is a new cannoli cheesecake from one of my favorite stores Wegmans. I needed something for an event at work and since I needed to try this badly, it was purchased. It was so amazing.....the filling is basically the inside of the cannoli shell, the right kind of filling with ricotta....love the 3 mini guys on the top! It was so amazing....if you live near a Wegmans store, and you like cannoli, this is a must try. They also make them in mini size as well if you feel this larger one is too dangerous. It is very rich so a big piece is not really a good idea.
