Creel and Gow

Yes, the name of this shop is Creel and Gow. The owners are Christopher Gow and Jamie Creel. I found this place walking along a quiet street at 70th and Lexington Avenue. I was struck by the beauty of the townhouse, all the greenery surrounding it, and thought "What is this??"
The shop is for the wealthy who have just about everything. You will find here objects that come from or have been inspired by Mother Nature. Extremely diverse and rare artifacts that are one of a kind, and set apart those who aquire them. The shop opened in 2012.

How fabulous is this townhouse? This shop is located in the former stables of architect Grosvenor Atterbury's townhouse. His works spanned the USA in places such as Pittsburgh, Massachusetts, Arizona and of course New York City.

If you like to see a shop that is totally unique, this is the place for you. For most of us, it would be just browsing of course, but that is all in the fun. I personally love stores where I cannot afford the items. There is no cost for you to look, admire and enjoy the beauty of what you can find! I hope you enjoyed this little visit to Creel and Gow!!
