My recent trip to the city with a great, great friend found us at the newly opened Food Hall in the Plaza by renowned chef, Todd English. The opening was last Friday so really all very new and exciting. It did not disappoint. We will need 2 posts for this as it is serious stuff!! And a little surprise along the way!!
The food items offered are so many that I will use a link from the Eater.com website
Whatever your heart desires, this place has it. Let's get our walking shoes on and get started.......

Oh, I am in LOVE with the fact that you can eat right at the counter - it makes me think of Old-Fashioned Soda Shoppes. And those cupcakes - ah...heaven!! :)
Prrrretty! Wouldn't mind paying a visit there!
Your blog is making us hungry!!
We have never visited NYC but look forward to seeing it through your beautiful pictures. Great blog.

Another great place I need to check out on my next trek to the city! xo
Oh, how I would love to be there!!
xx :)
So sorry Darryl and Ruth but tomorrow's post will be worse. The major food one. I do love Williamsburg, had great peanut soup there!! Welcome and glad you are enjoying the blog!!
I adore fashionable food halls! I love looking around at all the things they have, and sipping champagne at one of the counters... Nice post!
This looks like such an elegant market/food hall! I can't wait to see what you sampled, Rosemary.
Oh Rosemary, isn't this divine? So happy The Plaza added this. Maybe because some of the floors are condos? Whatever, it is amazing and gives one another reason to stay at our favorite hotel in NYC.
xx's
